The purpose of this policy

This code was created with the purpose of describing the data protection and data management policies of the Transylvanian Youth Ministry (seated in Csíkszereda, Petőfi Sándor st., nr. 55) - hereinafter denominated as FIF, in compliance with the legislations regarding data management and data protection.


Scope of personal information to be processed

Event organization, facilitating flow of information, electronic administration, compiling statistics.

 

Legal basis for the data processing

Consent of the subject of data management, pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), Art. 6, Paragraph (1), Letter a).


Retention period of the collected data

The personal data provided will be stored for 5 years from the moment of being recorded.

 

Rights of the data subject

The natural person acknowledges that he/she shall have the right to withdraw consent anytime and to obtain the rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and portability of data concerning him or her, as well as the right to object in case of automatic data processing. Implementation of Data Management Principles

The following points summarize how we comply with the principles set out in Article 5 (1) of the GDPR:

1) Lawfulness, fairness and transparency
When performing registration/subscription to one of our websites (fif.ma, csit.fif.ma, nezopont.fif.ma, fiok.fif.ma), subjects shall be provided with information regarding processing of their data and the possibilities for exercising their rights. We do not process data without a legal basis. We do not transfer or sell personal information to a third party in any form. An exception to this is the obligation to provide information to official bodies authorized by law.

2) Purpose limitation
The data will be processed only for the purposes acknowledged by the natural person - data is being processed in correspondence with the regulations currently in force. Use of data for any other purpose is forbidden.

3) Data minimisation
Data is limited to what is necessary in relation to the purposes for which they are processed (‘data minimisation’).

4) Accuracy
We keep personal data up to date.

5) Storage limitation
Beyond the above mentioned retention period, information concerning the natural person shall not be stored in an identifiable manner. Some personal information might happen to be stored, but for strictly statistical purposes.

6) Integrity and confidentiality
Data shall not be accessed by unauthorized members of FIF.

7) Accountability
Whilst taking into account the varying probability and severity of the risk to the rights and freedoms of natural persons, we will take appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure and demonstrate that personal data are processed in accordance with this Code. These measures will be regularly reviewed and, if necessary, updated.


Data Privacy Executive

Designated Officer for Data Protection is the President and representative of FIF, who may delegate this task (by written authorization) to any of his / her employees and / or volunteers in accordance with legal requirements.


Further Provisions

In order to ensure its services, FIF will act according to its best endeavors. Therefore we expect all the people who have access to our database to acknowledge the above stated principles of data management. In case FIF becomes aware that data has been or might be in the hands of an unauthorized third party, it shall take action immediately to put an end to the violation of data subject rights and it shall initiate civil and, if necessary, criminal proceedings against the unauthorized user of data, in accordance with the law in force.

In matters not specified here, the applicable legislation in force shall prevail.

FIF will not be liable for any problems resulting from incorrect or incorrectly entered data.
